These two are the most fashionable girls in Sylvania! Bella and Giselle are best friends and they love to style one another’s hair. Their long, silky manes can be combed, braided or decorated with hair clips & accessories creating lots of trendy new hairstyles and looks which you can admire in the stylish free-standing mirror. They love to visit their friend Sally at the Hair Salon in the village and swap hair styling tips and practice new styles.

*The release of anthropomorphic ponies in the Sylvanian Families line was a topic of hot debate ever since they were announced. The collecting community is highly divided on these sets and with good reason. It is strange that we have ponies pulling carts and ponies styling hair... But alas, we have them and they have very fun sets, so are great for play value. Personally I am not a fan of the overly girly narrative that these pony sets have.

Since all of our current ponies are female, one even bearing a resemblance to Eustace Truffle, one cannot help but wonder what goes on behind closed stable doors in Sylvania...
